Login with OTP – A Faster and Easier Way to Access Kriyo

Logging into Kriyo is now simpler and more flexible. Users can log in using a One-Time Password (OTP) if they don’t remember their password.

What’s Changed

Earlier, new users in India received login credentials via SMS and/or email. Due to TRAIx restrictions on SMS content, sending credentials via SMS has been discontinued. Login credentials and app links will continue to be sent via email.

Users can now choose to:

• Log in using their password, or
• Log in using an OTP sent via SMS or email

Key Updates

• OTP login is available for both new and existing users
• After logging in via OTP, users can set a new password from Change Password in the side menu
• The Forgot Password option has been removed, as an old password is no longer required
• SMS OTP is available only for users in India
• Users outside India receive OTPs via email
• Email is mandatory for all staff and parents outside India to ensure reliable login access

Track Enrolled Admissions with Ease

To help schools track enquiry-to-admission conversions more clearly, a new Enrolled column has been added to Enquiry Reports.

What’s New

• The Enrolled column indicates whether an enquiry has been converted into an admission
• Enrolled enquiries show YES, while others show NO
• Schools can now filter and download only enrolled enquiries from Kriyo web, making admission tracking simpler and more accurate

This update is especially useful for reviewing admissions performance and conversion trends.

Performance Improvements and Other Enhancements

Faster Fee Invoice Loading

Data loading is now optimised when selecting “ALL” under Program Invoices

Improved Password Management

In both School and Parent apps, users can now change their password without entering the current password

Mandatory Email for International Users

While creating or editing child and staff profiles, entering an email address is now mandatory for users outside India
