As Kriyo's AI features grow, schools now have a dedicated AI Dashboard on Kriyo web to manage and track their AI usage, credits, and activity — all in one place.
The AI Dashboard gives schools a clear view of their AI credit balance, purchases, and usage.
You can:
Schools can control who has access to the AI Dashboard through permissions. Dashboard access is separate from access to individual AI features, giving schools flexibility to let users use AI features without necessarily giving them access to usage and credit information.
The AI Dashboard gives school administrators visibility and control over how AI is being used across the school. It makes it easier to manage credits, understand usage, and keep track of how the team is using Kriyo's growing set of AI capabilities.
As a launch offer, every school receives 100 free AI credits to explore Kriyo's AI features. AI credits do not expire, and unused credits are carried forward.
Sending a diary update to all parents is now easier with the new All program option on the web.
Previously, when sending a diary update to the entire school, you had to select children program by program. Some schools also used a separate program such as "All" or "Entire School" as a workaround.
Now, All is available as a default program when selecting children. Simply choose All to select children across the entire school in one go — without switching between programs or creating a separate program for this purpose.
The same All option is now also available in Notice Board and Parent Notes, making it easier to communicate with families across the entire school.
Managing parent conversations for your school is now easier with a new All Program view in Parent Notes on the web.
Previously, parent notes were separated by program, so viewing all parent conversations meant checking each program individually.
Now, those with access to multiple programs can use All Program to view parent notes from all their assigned programs in one place. This makes it easier to review parent queries, check whether they have been replied to, and see the responses.
For staff with access to only one program, All Program will not be shown, and they will continue to see notes for their assigned program only.
Managing notices across multiple programs is now easier with a new All Programs view in the Notice Board.
Admins get a complete view of notices across the school, making it easier to monitor and manage communication. At the same time, staff members see only the notices relevant to their assigned program(s), keeping their Notice Board focused and easy to manage.
For holidays and events that span multiple days, the Calendar in web now displays both the start and end dates.
This makes it easier to quickly see the complete duration of an event or holiday at a glance.
Parent escalations are now separately tracked on the mobile app homepage, making it easier to see and manage them without mixing them with regular Parent Notes.
Tap Details to view a program-wise breakdown, then select a program to go directly to the relevant parent escalations.
This makes it easier to quickly understand your escalation status and follow up on unresolved concerns.
Managing conversations between parents and school staff is now more flexible. Both parents and staff can edit or delete their most recently sent message in Parent Notes.
Previously, parents and staff could only delete their last sent message, but there was no option to edit it.
Now, both parents and teachers can edit or delete their most recently sent message if they need to correct a mistake, clarify something, or remove the message. This can be done only until the other person responds to the message.
Messages can sometimes be sent with a typo, incorrect detail, or missing information. The new edit option lets parents and staff quickly correct their last message without having to send a separate clarification.
This keeps conversations clearer and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
The enhancement is available across Kriyo's mobile apps and web platform.
Managing a growing list of enquiries is now easier with enhanced filters in Kriyo web.
You can now combine multiple filters and multiple statuses to narrow down your enquiry list and quickly find the enquiries you need.
When you have many enquiries to manage, finding the right ones can take time. Flexible filtering helps you narrow down your enquiry list faster, so you can focus on the enquiries that need your attention.
Spend less time searching and more time growing.
The "How did you find us?" field in Enquiries now includes Hoarding as an option, making it easier to record how prospective parents discovered your school.
Franchisee schools can now view their slot allocation along with their usage directly in Kriyo Subscription in the mobile app.
The subscription view shows:
This gives centres a clear view of their current usage and helps them know when they may need to request additional slots from the Head Office.
Managing multiple centres just got easier. A new search option on the school selection screen lets users quickly find and select the school or centre they need — without having to scroll through the list.
With the updated Limited Fee Invoices permission, staff can handle routine invoice tasks while important fee details remain protected.
While staff can continue to raise invoices using fee templates, they cannot modify the fee amount or due date before sending the invoice.
They can select an existing fee invoice template, but the fee details in that template cannot be changed.
Staff also do not have access to child invoices, add or edit invoice templates or fee reports.
When multiple staff members handle invoicing, they can complete their day-to-day tasks without being able to change important fee details. This helps schools maintain control over invoice amounts and due dates while still allowing staff to manage invoices efficiently.
The enhancement is available across Kriyo's mobile apps and web platform.
The Program Invoices dashboard in web now gives you a clear, high-level view of your school's fee collection in a single screen, without having to check each program separately.
You can now see the total, paid, due, and overdue amounts for your entire school at a glance.
The dashboard also shows how many invoices and children are contributing to the due or overdue amounts. This gives you a clearer picture of the follow-up required—for example, whether an overdue amount involves a handful of children or a larger number of parents.
Instead of checking different programs to piece together fee information, administrators can now understand the school's overall fee position in seconds and quickly identify where follow-up may be needed.
Administrators can now see how many days each fee payment has been overdue within a specific program, making it easier to prioritise follow-ups. This option is available only on the web platform.
In Program Invoices, open a program and select the Overdue tab — a new Overdue By column shows the number of days each invoice has been overdue. This column is available for Partly paid invoices also.
Administrators can now quickly identify how long each payment has been pending and prioritise follow-ups based on the urgency of the outstanding amount.
The Child Invoices dashboard in web now gives you a quick view of each child's fee status, without having to open individual child records.
You can now see each child's paid, due, partially paid and overdue directly in the dashboard. Sort the table to quickly identify children with the highest outstanding or overdue amounts.
You can also use All Programs to view fee information for children across the entire school, or select an individual program for a more focused view.
The fee summary can also be exported to Excel, making it easy to use the information for reporting and follow-up.
Instead of opening each child's record to understand their fee status, administrators can now see the bigger picture at a glance, quickly identify children who need follow-up, and download the data for further analysis or reporting.
The Child Invoices section in web now makes it easier to manage fee bills when a child moves from one program to another, especially during an academic year transition.
If a child has fee bills linked to a previous or temporary program that is no longer assigned to them, those bills will now appear under an Other Program card in the child's fee details.
You can click the card to sync these fee bills with the child's current program, ensuring that previously raised invoices remain available and correctly associated with the child.
During academic year transitions, schools may create temporary programs to collect advance fees for the upcoming year. When children are later moved to their new programs, this enhancement ensures that fee bills raised under the previous program are not lost or left behind
It gives schools a simple way to bring those bills into the child's current program and maintain a complete fee history.
The Program Invoices and Child Invoices reports on the web now include parent contact details, making it easier to follow up on pending payments.
When you export a fee invoice report, it now includes the parent's name, relationship, and contact number along with the invoice details.
If multiple parents or guardians are added to a child's profile, the report captures the details of the first parent or guardian added.
Schools can now easily share the exported report with team members who are responsible for following up on pending payments, without needing to give them access to the fee reports or children profiles features.
With the relevant parent contact details already included, the team can identify and contact the right parent directly, making fee follow-ups simpler and more efficient.
Managing fee invoices is now simpler in the Parent App with the new Academic Year option in the Payments section.
Previously, invoices from multiple academic years were displayed together in a continuous list. For parents whose child has been enrolled at the same school for several years, this could make it difficult to find current invoices or past receipts.
Now, invoices are organised by Academic Year. By default, parents see the invoices for the current academic year, making it easier to quickly check outstanding fees, view invoices, and download receipts.
To access older records, parents can simply select a previous academic year from the dropdown.
With invoices neatly organised by academic year, parents can find current fee information faster without having to scroll through years of past records.
It also provides a cleaner, more organised way to access previous invoices and payment receipts whenever needed.
The Kriyo LMS has been completely redesigned and enhanced to make lesson planning, scheduling, staff assignments, and lesson tracking simpler and more intuitive.
With a cleaner experience, smarter planning tools, and greater control over lesson plans, academic teams and teachers can spend less time managing the process and more time focusing on learning.
Academic teams now have more flexibility when assigning lesson plans to staff. Instead of assigning an entire program at once, you can assign specific lesson plans, multiple lesson plans, or lesson plans for a particular month.
A detailed assignment view also makes it easy to see which lesson plans are assigned to which staff members, along with the number of lessons included in each plan.
When mapping programs to classes, programs that are already mapped to another class cannot be selected again, helping prevent duplicate mappings and keeping lesson plans organised.
The redesigned Lesson Plans section gives you a clearer view of your content from the start, with intuitive filters for key details such as class, subject, program, and duration.
You can also:
Creating lesson plans is also more streamlined. You can optionally divide a month into weeks for week-level planning, giving schools greater flexibility to follow their preferred planning process.
Scheduling lessons is now much simpler.
Once your lesson plan is created, you only need to select the start date. Kriyo can determine the schedule based on the number of lessons, configured working days for the program, and holidays in the school calendar.
This reduces manual date calculations and making it easier to plan lessons around the school calendar.
You can also identify unscheduled lessons for a specific program, subject, or month and generate their schedules together, making bulk planning significantly faster.
If there's an ad hoc holiday, you don't have to shift your lessons one by one manually. Simply add the holiday to the Calendar, come back to Lesson Plans, and regenerate the schedule in one go — Kriyo will automatically adjust the lesson dates for you.Coming soon: This adjustment will happen automatically when a new holiday is added, so you won't even need to regenerate the schedule.
Adding lessons to a lesson plan is now more efficient. Instead of scrolling through detailed lesson information, staff can simply search by lesson name and quickly select the lessons they need.
The streamlined selection view keeps the focus on what matters most — finding and adding the right lessons quickly.
The redesigned Staff View gives teachers a clear overview of their lesson plans and progress.
Teachers can see:
They can also filter their lessons by class and duration to quickly understand what needs attention.
The new Staff View offers both List View and Calendar View, allowing teachers to choose how they want to manage their schedules. The Calendar View provides monthly, weekly, and daily perspectives, including school holidays, making it easier to understand the complete teaching schedule at a glance.
Lesson status is now more visible and easier to manage. Teachers can see the lesson duration, completion status, and whether it has been shared with parents directly from the lesson plan.
Actions such as Mark as Completed and Share with Parents are readily accessible, making everyday lesson management faster.
If a lesson is marked as completed accidentally, teachers can also mark it as not completed.
When the same lesson is planned for multiple days, each occurrence now has its own independent status. Completing or sharing one instance will not automatically change the status of another instance of the same lesson.
From planning and assigning lessons to scheduling, tracking, and completing them, the redesigned Kriyo LMS brings the entire workflow together in a simpler, more structured, and more intuitive experience.
With better visibility, greater control, and smarter planning capabilities, the enhanced LMS makes it easier for academic teams to manage lesson plans and for teachers to stay on top of their teaching schedules.
The result: a smoother way to plan lessons, manage learning, and keep everyone on track.
