Will parents see the late fee amount on their invoice and receipt?

Parents will not see the penalty on the invoice immediately.

When they click Pay Now, a pop-up appears showing the penalty amount applied to that invoice.

Parents must pay the fee plus penalty together — the app doesn’t allow them to skip or split payments.

After successful payment, a digital receipt is instantly generated, showing both the fee and the penalty, ensuring full transparency.
