Yes, you can send reminders manually in addition to the automated reminders the Kriyo app sends for all due invoices.
In the mobile app, you can send reminders for one invoice at a time. Tap any Due invoice, select Remind from the pop-up, confirm Yes, and the parent will receive the reminder instantly.
On the web, you can send reminders for one or multiple invoices together. Go to Fee Invoices → Program Invoices, open any program, select the invoices you want to notify, click Actions → Send Reminders, and confirm.
For example, if you want to remind all Overdue invoices at once, click All in the programs bar, choose Overdue in the payment status filter, select all invoices in the table, and use Actions → Send Reminders to notify parents instantly.
💡 Note: Kriyo automatically sends timely reminders for all due invoices. Manual reminders are optional and helpful when you want to send additional follow-ups beyond the automated notifications.
