Program Sync ensures that a child’s invoices always match their current program — especially useful when children move between programs or when the school shifts from one academic year to the next.
Schools often create temporary programs for upcoming admissions (e.g., Kindergarten 2026) and later move children into their main programs once the academic session begins. Program Sync helps update all related invoices automatically so they stay aligned with the child’s new or current program.
To use Program Sync, go to Kriyo Web → Fee Invoices → Program Invoices. Select the invoices you want to update (or select all from the table), click Actions, and choose Program Sync.
Kriyo will skip invoices already aligned with the correct program and update only those that need syncing.
If a child belongs to multiple programs (e.g., Kindergarten + Daycare), Kriyo will ask which program the invoices should sync to. Once completed, you’ll see a summary showing how many invoices were synced and how many were skipped.
