Kriyo uses different payment statuses to help you easily track the stage of each fee invoice. Each status indicates the current state of payment — whether it’s received, pending, in process, or refunded.
- Paid: Full payment received.
- Due: Payment not yet made.
- Overdue: Past the due date and still unpaid.
- Partially: Only part of the amount paid.
- Clearance: Payment made by cheque and awaiting bank confirmation.
- Pending: Parent has marked the payment as done; awaiting school approval.
- Rejected: Cheque bounced or the parent reported payment, but the school did not receive it.
- Refunded: Amount returned to the parent.
