Can I download a due invoice and share it with someone who doesn't have access to the Kriyo app?

Yes, you can download any due invoice and share it with anyone who needs it.

On the Mobile App:

Go to Fee Invoices, tap the invoice you want to share, choose View in the pop-up, then tap the download icon at the top right. You can then share the downloaded invoice with the corporate sponsor or another family member of the child who doesn’t have access to Kriyo.

On Kriyo Web:

Go to Fee Invoices and open either Program Invoices or Child Invoices.

• In Program Invoices, select the program and click the invoice (PDF) icon next to the due invoice.
• In Child Invoices, open the child profile, view the invoice list, and click the invoice (PDF) icon for the required invoice.

The invoice will download instantly and can be shared through any medium of your choice.
