Fulfilled – Updated by the head office (franchisor) once the stock has been dispatched after payment. It means the items are on the way but not yet received. (This status applies only to head office orders, not third-party vendors.)
Delivered – Updated by you (the receiving center) after the stock has been received. Marking an order as Delivered will automatically update your current stock in the system.
