Schools cannot turn off potty or diaper notifications, but parents can manage their notification settings.
They can go to the Notification Center by tapping the bell icon on the top right corner of the Parent App.
Then, tap the gear icon to open Notification Settings, where they can turn on or off notifications for specific features, including Potty.
Even if notifications are turned off, parents can still view all updates on the home page.
