How can I view all observations recorded for a child?

To view a child’s observations:

  • Go to Track & Act
  • Tap History
  • Select Child Activity Log in the pop-up
  • Open the child’s profile
  • Tap Observations on the top right

Here you will see all observations recorded over time in chronological order.
