Can schools customise the note types shown to parents in Write to School?

Schools can customise the list of note types that appear to parents in the Write to School section.

Kriyo provides a few default note types, and you can edit, delete, or add new ones based on your school’s requirements.

To customise:

Go to Admin Tools → Tag Settings → Parent Note Types, and update the options as needed.
