Can parents and schools view all shared photos and videos in one place?

Yes. Both parents and schools can view all shared photos and videos in one place on Kriyo Web.

For Parents:

Parents can log in to Kriyo Web using the same credentials as the mobile app at https://app.ikriyo.com/parentlogin

In the Gallery section, they can select a date range (up to one year) and click Search to view all photos shared across activities, grouped by month. All photos can be viewed or downloaded using the pink Download button.

Albums shared by the school appear separately under the Albums section in the parent app’s menu.

For Schools:

On Kriyo Web, go to Track & Act → History, then choose Gallery in the pop-up. Schools can select any date range and view photos for all children or filter for a specific child. Photos are grouped by month and can be downloaded using the pink Download button.

Shared albums appear separately under Share Media → Albums, where schools can view all album collections directly.
